Finally time for yard sale in the warehouse!
We are three friends who in 2013 decided to brew and offer beer professionally. After the start-up process with sample brews, permit applications and another partner in the company, we served our first beers at a Beer Festival in the summer of 2014. After that, we have continued to develop our various products and lines of business, developed the company's quality management to meet the legal requirements imposed on alcohol producers in our own premises, started a distillery and bakery, promoted the brand, sought collaboration with other local food producers/flavor destinations and conducted various types of events to test our idea of a visitor center.
Our vision is to produce world-class beers, distillates and still non-alcoholic beverages at home in our old workshop, socialize, enjoy good food and drink and spread knowledge about these amazing drinks through a visitor center with bakery, brasserie and shop adjacent to the brewery/distillery.
The goal is to grow organically in the long term in the business lines of brewery, distillery, bakery, shop, visitor centre, brasserie and warehouse with manufacturing and headquarters in Njurunda.
We will settle down in our warehouse and under the guidance of a Brother you will try two selected distillates, hear the story of the Brothers Boom and learn more about the production of beer and distillates. We finish the test with the opportunity to buy one of our products. There will be at least one gin and one whiskey available only for purchase on site. Of course, the glass you try in you can take home with you.
We will meet at the gate of the brewery and distillery. We take a quick tour of our production premises before settling down on the other side of the courtyard in the warehouse. We like to show off our premises and talk about everything related to manufacturing. So with that being said, sometimes we can overdraw on time. But we'll try to stick to a maximum of 60 minutes. Of course, you can hang out for a while and visit our cafe or check out the shop.
We look forward to testing yard sales in our warehouse. Visitors can buy up to 700 ml of our distilled drinks and up to three litres of our different beers. Valid per person and age limit for purchase is 20 years.
